MPD: Recruiting Campaign Videos

We were able to reach MPD recruits by leveraging video marketing in broadcast media. Video engages sight and sound while displaying motion in a multisensory connection that aids in both brand awareness and recall—while delivering the message to thousands of target viewers every time the spot airs.

The creative campaign, “Join the Best in Blue,” visually conveys Memphis’ most meaningful cultural and natural elements while textually communicating the hometown pride and passion that ideal MPD officers should possess.
