This year, that celebration carries even deeper meaning as we proudly honor a major milestone: the 40th anniversary of our President and CEO, Christi Kelley.

Christi’s journey with Kelley & Associates began four decades ago, and since stepping into a leadership role, she has not only guided the agency through evolving landscapes in marketing and advertising, but also championed the values of empowerment, excellence, and innovation. Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing Kelley & Associates as the oldest solely woman-owned agency in Memphis, a distinction we hold with great pride.

Founded in 1979, Kelley & Associates was built on a strong foundation of female leadership—a tradition Christi has continued and strengthened. Under her guidance, the agency has grown while staying true to its core: fostering a culture where women thrive, creativity flourishes, and bold ideas lead the way. Today, our team is predominantly female, and every member brings a unique perspective, backed by a shared passion for delivering impactful, strategic work for our clients.
