PEP: Print Ads

Pierce Education Properties, L.P. is a firm that is dedicated to student housing and real estate investment, management, and development serving educational institutions and communities. Kelley & Associates developed these half-page print advertisements that ran in Student Housing Business magazine. 

This ad design won an Honorable Mention in the 2014 Marcom Awards.
