SCSO: 2022 Corrections Deputy Recruitment Campaign

Our integrated, multi-platform campaign effectively and creatively utilized strategic marketing channels that capture and strengthen the image and interest, not only for a career in law enforcement, but with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. We shot and produced videos for streaming advertising and TikTok ads. SCSOcareers.com website was updated through conversion-focused design, search engine optimization and an intuitive user experience. Flyers and bannerstands were produced to attract attention at career fairs and trade shows. We developed a custom media distribution database for SCSO to use for public relations. Applicant email communications were developed, designed and rewritten to retain applicants throughout the process. SCSO received a 107% increase in the number of applications received during this campaign compared to their previous application period.
